High School Youth Apprenticeships
Pointe Precision partners with local high schools and the State of Wisconsin Youth Apprenticeship program to offer paid manufacturing apprenticeship opportunities for junior and senior students. These hands-on roles give students real-world experience, skill development, and a strong foundation for a future career in manufacturing.

- Eligibility: Apprenticeships are offered to students in their junior and senior years of high school
- Freshmen and sophomores are encouraged to contact their school’s career office or counselor to learn how to participate
College
Internships
Students taking advantage of these opportunities are employed (through a co-op with area technical colleges and the University of Wisconsin system) in Pointe Precision’s Manufacturing Engineering and Quality Engineering departments. The internships allow students to apply their education in a real manufacturing environment while gaining valuable, career-building experience.
